Mali is just great. She always has your best interests in mind and it's always willing to go the extra mile. We had a property that we loved but had an issue with an HOA regarding our pets so we gave up on that house and kept looking for others, but she didn't gave up because she knew that house was our favorite and she didn't want us to settle for a plan B so she got in touch with the HOA and got an exemption for us. Then she negotiated with the builder so we could get some free stuff AND a waaaaay better rate than what was approved by the mortgage company. So we obviously got the house. Also during all the closing steps she was a great help and always guided us and made sure that everythig was dealt with (from simple stuff like getting details fixed during inspection to complex stuff like making sure we understood everything about our contacts). So yeah, if you want a new house Mali is the best option you can find in DFW.

Mali was amazing realtor to work with during our search for house and home buying process. Being first time home buyer in intense market, we had many questions and concerns going into through this process. We also were new to Texas. Mali was the one who had so much patients with us and gave us her time and alleviate a lot of stress. She gave us a bigger picture of what to expect and was really attentive to us all this time. My husband and I just bought our first house with Mali's help. She explained every step of the process clearly and thoroughly and worked with us for almost a year to find the right home for us. We had very stubborn sellers and she was able to get them to accept less than asking price and also cover some repairs that needed to get done. She was also able to recommend reliable people to get work done on the house, which is so important when moving from out of state. Not only that, but when we arrived from California and saw our house for the first time, she was there to greet us with a picnic lunch! We were re-locating from California to Texas, and this was going to be an extended-family & multi-household move. I contacted someone in the Plano area and asked for a recommendation for a good realtor to help us .. he recommended Mali. From the first contact it was clear that Mali was going to work hard to get us our dream home .. and yes, we're a bit picky - likely we're not the easiest clients for a realtor. Mali was in our corner every step of the way, and was a joy to work with. We got a lovely home in Lakeside on Preston, and then she was there to provide recommendations for everything we'd need in getting settled - electricity, internet, gas, pool, and a general contractor for some initial re-model projects. Then my mother-in-law needed to find a house, and Mali got her into a new listing for one right on our block (about a 2 minute walk from our house). Mali made the transaction smooth and seamless. Then my daughter and her fiancée wanted to get a house in the area, and Mali got them into a lovely home just a 6-minute drive from our home. She managed the inspections & negotiated a good price, and the kids are moving-in now to a gorgeous home in Willow Bend. I have some other friends back in CA who are considering making the move to the DFW area .. I'm recommending Mali - she's the best!

My name is Oren. I am a physician, married with children, living in North Dallas. I met Mali, as a referral from a friend in my community, who Mali had found a single family dwelling in a hot area in Plano, at what sounded to me like too good of a deal to be true. My friend, Joshua, mentioned that Mali is the type of agent who understanding not only the business, inside out, but also understands that real-estate is a customer service profession, that see it as her duty to exceed her customers expectations. That was enough for me to meet her. I have no financial or personal connection to Mali. This is simply my honest assessment of her I am not very experienced in investment properties, and to be honest, I did not think that this deal Mali helped me close was going to happen for a variety of reasons unrelated to Mali (outside state seller, complex tenant situation, work on property that needed to be completed). Somehow, Mali was able to make it happen. Here is what I observed that I hope will help you understand if Mali is the right agent for you: 1. Communication: Mali kept in constant communication with me. I ask an extraordinary amount of questions as i tend to be a risk averse type of person. Mali patiently explained, and reexplained, and even sometimes again explained things to me until I felt comfortable. She did not keep regular hours. After 8 or 9pm, she responds to texts. and as early as 7am she answers her phone. She made me feel that she always was wiling to here from me. For me this is important, as a physician, I have weird hours. 2. Detail Oriented: I hope she does not find this insulting, but I have to be honest. I think Mali is a little "OCD", and uses this character trait to her advantage. She was consistently prepared with detail oriented information at all times. she knew timelines, and next steps down to a science. She was knew exactly how to get this information to whom ever needed it (ie. real estate manager, title company, insurance adjusters). 3. Consciousness: Mali is extremely hard working. She was on site for all of the difficult points in the process of closing on this property for me. She did not miss a beat. 4. Masterful Negotiator: So I can not say enough about Mali's emotional intelligence and her people skills. She understands people and understands drivers of human behavior. She accomplished a really good deal for me in a tough market, and was able to create leverage to negotiate in areas I had not considered at all. She is very much an out of the box thinker and understands how to close a deal in a tactful, respectful, and fragile way, with her clients interests always at the center of her focus. 5. Resourceful: there were a number of subs needed to close the deal. Mali has a great network of people she works with that are responsive, trustworthy, and thorough. She also has a good sense about what is necessary and what can be compromised on in terms of property health. She "knows how to look" at property. She pointed out a variety of things not at all obvious to me in our walk-throughs that ended up being important selling points for our negotiation. Finally, Mali is committed to building a long term relationship with her clients. She understands that once payment goes through at title, her work is not over. For example, since my loan closed, Mali has help me set up my rental, offered me her consultation and time to finalize outstanding tasks on the property that need completion, and has been available to answer my questions anytime I call. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home. - Oren

My husband found Mali, based on online reviews. We were interested in a realtor for investment properties. I am usually very cautious, and mostly go by personal recommendations. Yet, after our first meeting, I decided to give her a chance. Boy, am I glad that we did. We ended up with both an investment property and another house for us to move into, just in time before the baby arrived. This was more than what I had expected. Mali Gariani helped me purchase an investment property and I can't stop raving about her! I was willing to accept a higher price for the property I was interested in, and in her private dealings with the other real estate agent, and without my asking her to do so, she was able to get them to agree to give $4,000 in concessions! When I asked her about it she said that she cares more about the customer than anything else, and she wanted me to get money she thought she could get. She also encouraged me to push off the closing for a few weeks because she was aware that it would save me money - A mortgage loophole that I was not aware of. Most real estate agents would not have encouraged me to push up the closing as they want to get the deal done as quickly as possible. It's abundantly clear to me that Mali is all about the customer! On top of all of that, and as most real estate deals go, there were some last-minute hiccups, and Mali was burning the phones to get them resolved. She ended up getting me an extra $2,500 that I wasn't expecting right before closing! I always tell people that Mali is a bulldog, And you want her working for you! This focus on the customer above everything else comes through in all of her work. I highly recommend her to those looking for a real estate agent for residential or investment properties! My wife and I decided that it was time to move to a bigger house. We asked around the community for a reputable real estate agent, and several families in the area recommended Mali. From the beginning til the very end, she went above and beyond the call of duty to find homes based on our requirements. When we would do a walk-through, she would give us her honest opinions and point out the pros and cons. She didn't pressure us and was very patient in dealing with our concerns. Mali fights for the buyer and is not all about the commission. In conclusion, if we had to do this transaction all over again and choose a broker, Mali without a doubt would be our number one choice. We've just moved from SF bay area to Dallas with an 18 month old baby, and Mali found us our first new and amazing home. We started communicating with Mali about a home purchase about four months ago, and we had to do it remotely, with occasional one-day flights to Dallas to see the houses. In purchasing a home, the real-estate/lender language was completely foreign and new to us. Mali, was just amazing from the very start. She explained EVERY SINGLE DETAIL to us, over email, texts and again over phone if we needed. She explained what we need in a very structured way, who to contact and how to get it done in the most efficient and cost-saving way. For 4 months she was patient with our changing standards and questions 24/7, she cleared her days completely when we came over to check out the houses, drove us to over 30 houses and helped us screening them based on her years of experience with the market, and locations. Houses we didn't make it to see, she actually went and face-time the house with us! Her negotiation of a fair price for our house was off course, no less than outstanding. She always thought we could get a better price, and get the seller to do more, and actively made that happen. This woman is really incredible on so many levels. Prior to closing, she referred us to professionals that work with her (gardener, cleaner, electrician, plumber, pest control, handyman and more and more) and already negotiated a price for us which is definitely lower than what we would have gotten if we had just google/yelp - and I actually checked. So you'd think that this would all be over after signing right? wrong. First - after all we've been through - we already knew that she is going to be our friend forever (family would actually fit better). Second, apparently she listened carefully when I was telling her about different things I want in my house, and at closing she gave us presents - items that were very much tailored to what I wanted and needed. I doubt any other relator would get that personal and have such an incredible attention to details. And third, she is still helping us get settled, inviting us for dinners and answering million of additional questions I have about this new area we've just moved in too; where to go, where to get what, you name it. So in summary, we wanted a relator and we found a rare person, who puts everyone before herself, who is one of our best friends now and is also the best relator you can ask for in this business.
